Getting started
What do I need to use this?
Just an email address. Tell us what you sell, or paste your website or TikTok link, and we do the rest. Nothing to install.
Do I have to connect my TikTok account?
No. We never ask for your TikTok login and we never post anything. We only read public information, the same things anyone can see.
What's a free try, and what's a credit?
Each time a tool gives you a result, it uses one free try while you have them, then a few credits. Every tool shows the cost before you start. If something goes wrong and you don't get a result, nothing is used up.

How does Match know who to target?
It works out who buys what you sell, then picks from TikTok Ads Manager's own list of interests, so every pick is something you can actually select. In Europe it sets the age to 18+ because TikTok requires it.
Which countries does X-Ray cover?
Europe, the UK and Switzerland, because those are the only places TikTok shares ad data for. If a rival has no ads there, X-Ray tells you plainly and learns from their recent posts instead.
How do you pick my rivals?
We match on brand name, company name and website. You approve every rival before anything is used, and saying no costs nothing.
How does Pulse spot fake engagement?
It counts likes, real comments, shares and saves, and compares them with the creator's followers. Spam and copy-paste comments like "nice 🔥" are filtered out first.
Plans and billing
How do credits work?
Each plan gives you credits every month. Each tool uses a set number of credits, shown on the tool and on the pricing page. No result, no charge.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and everything you paid for stays in History for 12 months from the day you made it.
Which currency will I pay in?
Your own: US dollars, euros, pounds, Swiss francs or naira. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Your data
What happens to the videos I upload?
They're deleted within 24 hours of processing. We keep only the written result.
How long are my results kept?
Results from free tries are kept for 7 days. Results you pay for with credits, and everything made on a paid plan, are kept for 12 months, even if you cancel. Copy or download anything you want to keep longer.
How do I download or delete my data?
Go to Settings, then Privacy and data. Download everything in one file, or delete your account and everything in it straight away.
